Ref regrets giving red card to lehmann

    dumbass ruined the game...
I disagree with henry and wenger though, i thought the decision HEAVILY favored arsenal. It disallowed a barca goal for gods sake. But the true winners previailed...

Wow Arsenal actually think it favored Barca? Anyways he made a bad decision but it didnt affect the outcome since Barca won anyway, now had Arsenal won the game then this call would have been very controversial.

didn't change the outcome, so it doesn't matter, but the scoreboard would of looked much better....3-1

It was not a mistake. He was right in sending off Lehmann. But what you can question him on is wether or not he should have remained calm, estimated the sitaution at hand, instead of being so quick on ruling. That is what the excellent refs do. But it wouldn't have favoured Arsenal if he did so, it would mean Barca scoring a sure goal.

It would have been better for the game, more relaxed and entertaining maybe, if it was 11 vs 11, instead of killing it off so early, and the game being slightly boring and sometimes downright horrible. But by no means was it disfavouring for Arsenal.

If anything a favour because it would mean a sure goal for Barca, which is not a good thing despite still having Lehmann on.
