Doubt germans will control the game, they have much respect for italy, it'll be a 50-50 game and italy can still beat them like usual...however i think germany has the better chance, italy will be tired but nonetheless will put up a great fight
interesting. where did you get this information? any links?

they got raped so bad both british commentators were giving it up and said many times italy deserves the win.
yet still many of you haters dont give italy credit, they have dominated all their games, they play beautiful football, just been unlucky with scoring. Clearly Italian football and serie A are better than the crappy english style u all worship. Today was a prime example.

oh is that how they played them in WC semis?? and also the friendly in germany that ended 1-1 last year
the amount of bs and biased opinions here are sickening.....italy has always played great football against germany and very entertaining matches, maybe its cuz most of u live in germany but please get off the dick lickin...at least im fair in my posts and not biased, i call it how it is. If italy plays like shit i admit it

No denying Italy deserved to win and justice was served but don't get your hope high dude and ease up the bs!
yea your man u. aint shit....your super stars were shit and got dominated like high school kids....it was embarrasing man..u shoulda seen the faces of british fans that were watching the game, looked like they wanted to cry. Fact is england didnt play like that against those other teams, they parked the double decker bus in front of the goal and was trying to score on cheap goals and practiced penalties before the game, clearly they wanted to win it that way. Please dont come here with bs of italy being mediocre, u saw how beautifully they were passing and winning balls back

How any Iranian can support this Italy team (and Spain also) is really beyond me. These nancy boys are like a distillation of the worst aspects of Persian Gulf arab teams. They grassroll, dive, play-act and prance around like sissies every time the opposition attempts a tackle on them.
Every time England had an attacking opportunity (which admittedly was not very often), Italy were able to neutralise the threat through dirty tactics of feigning serious injury. Case in point, the phaggot who blocked Scott Parkers shot and then fell on the ground as if he'd just been taken out with a sawn-off shotgun. Parker gathered the ball and was preparing to cross when the referee stops the game to allow the aforementioned phaggot to get up (obviously he was not hurt).

There is a reason why people all over the world love other national teams. People who watch football mostly want to be entertained, which is why a team like Brazil is probably the most popular team. The way Spain has been playing in the recent years has gained them a lot of fans due to the same reason. The young new Germany has taken the same path and unlike their past machine like efficient selves, display fresh new ideas! Even Holland the biggest underachievers of history is quite popular due to their style of play. They even received a lot of criticism despite reaching the final of the WC because of how they had deserted the way they were known for, opting for a more result oriented style!
The same reason is mainly behind the fact that many on this forum and pretty much in general, unlike you, don't like Italy. I was so positively impressed by seeing them take such an attacking approach because that's a scene one rarely witnesses, be it old Italy or the new one! You might be of a different opinion and you're entitled to it. You like the team passionately and so much that you lash out at anyone who doesn't see the same beauty in their game as you do, but that's you or other Italy fans, so don't expect the rest of us to agree with you!HOMER: Son, when you participate in sporting events, it's not whether

there is the tradition of grass-rolling in Italy which makes the Azzuri sometimes look like the Arabs of Sheikhdoms of Persian Gulf. This Italian strategy to suddenly fall, or performing triple backward and forward somersault while not being hit, cost France the final of the 2006 World Cup.
I think Germany should break the legs of Italians who attempt to cheat and to assure while breaking the legs, cameras do not film them.

i get mad because everyone comes and says something so ridiculously untrue about italian football that doesnt even deserve an answer. I'm sorry it might have come off harsh to you but it was a general statement towards the biased members of this forum. All i ask for is unbiased and fair assessment of games, but people bring their personal interests and emotional responses so we cant have a real discussion.
All i want to know is when was the last time any of you saw italy play defensive boring football?? It has been many years that i cant even remember the last match they did that. Please name me a game and date that you saw such anti football and ill shut up. Fact is most of you either dont watch or are in denial that italy has been playing beautiful attacking football for some years now. Sure they dont have big name super stars but they play as a team, unlike many other national teams u posted have super stars that play for big teams which is why they're popular....see portugal and C. ronaldo...when was the last time they won anything in any tournament? more like never
So its just the fact that i feel like im dealing with bunch of sore losers when it comes to italy....i dont make excuses when they lose or under perform....i might give reasons but not excuses like oh that was a bad call or oh that team played like this or that.....all i ask for is fairness.
now look at these ridiculous response people are giving after england completely being humiliated by italy..the game hardly had any fouls and not much extra time so i dont know where this diving thing comes from. Balzaretti gets his head stepped on and they say he's acting...well go see the replay then talk. Its just a shame that after that horrendous display people even TRY to defend england and put italy down. Im sure u would feel the same if people kept brining up non sense against a team u root for.
