Three things:

1) At least we can say that Old Trafford in the 70's was not as good as Azadi now

2) That ref is definitely out of shape

3) How come they play more amateurish but it seems more fun to watch?

^ whole series of 70s matches on this channel.. talking abuot awkward plays and level of players skill but sweet initmate stadium environment. It looks like goalkeepers skills were none & has drastically improved since (didnt' watch much of gordon banks in a few tapes; have to look him up next)

i think it was this game that looked like crap....ive seen old games where they played good. Earlier in the days like until 1940 the game was actually really rough, they had to tone it down.
