I think there is no NBA franchise that is interested in Hamed.

u would only hear the interest of known players...they're not gonna mention him but there a number of teams that can use him. Big men are rare in NBA so pretty much any team can pick him at least as back up. He has played in playoffs for grizzlies...a damn good team....so i cant imagine some average to crap teams wouldnt want him especially if he's cheap. Its just a matter of him and his agent getting more active in contacting these teams.

we are still in the early stages of the free agency, so teams are trying to pick up the best players for their rooster, since HH is not a big player and will not be a huge cost to teams.

Not all the foreign big men make it in the NBA. Remember Ha Seung Jin? He was 7'4" and only lasted in the NBA for 3 years before getting shipped back to South Korea. He was too soft. Luckily, Hamed doesn't have this problem. Remember he is a 2 time FIBA Asian Championship MVP.

Even if Haddadi doesn't find a team in the NBA, he can always play in Spain or Italy before returning to Iran. It's best for him to stay in the NBA though.

i saw haddadi tonight at the hooka joint.....he was there with oshin, the armenian team melli guy...had no idea he could get here to US....anyways haddadi had a broken wrist/arm or something, his right hand was in a cast!

so it sucks cuz he cant work out or even try out for teams if that was an option.
i wanted to go talk to him but didnt wanna bother him...both him and oshin were cool guys

Armenian Iranians are all ballers for some reason, back in high school we had like ten Armenian Iranians in our school but half of them were avid Bballers so in our BBall clique we always had like four or five Armenians.

our nightmare is over, haddadi will resign
                        http://www.straightouttavancouver.co...year-extension

although since hollins is still the coach "our nightmare will continue" would be another way of looking at it

at least he is in the NBA

I dunno maybe he is too comfortable in Memphis, job security and popularity are irresistible I can't blame him.

A multi-year extension is pretty nice. As long as he is still in the NBA he has a chance to get traded and break out.

he will be the 5th big man choice behind gasol, randolph, d. arthur and speights

i just wish i could see him in another team...i think many other coaches in nba would appreciate a player like him...dont know why hollins cant figure out how to utilize him yet
