Let's hope so! The whole not competing against israelis is stupid. Imagine how demoralizing it is for an athlete to train hard for years and then not even be able to compete because of some stupid politics.
Competing against israelis would make it more exciting anyway, trying to beat your "arch enemy". We will win some and lose some, but since israelis really suck at sports we will more likely beat them most of the time.
Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice

IR forced that poor Judo champion from Iran to bow out by faking an injury back in Athens 2004, so as not to compete against an Israeli. The ayatollahs did not get anything out of it other than losing a 100% gold medal by Arash; I think they are slowly getting wiser. Read up more on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arash_Miresmaeili eventhough the article may have been diplomatic in exposing the events.
