[London Members] Ticket Exchange / Spare Tickets (Olympics 2012) - Iranian Athletes

Hi All,
It's been a while since I last posted, I've missed this place.
So I tried to get tickets to wrestling and weightlifting (amongst others) in the first round of sales, but I didn't manage to get any tickets to events with Iran competing - I only got beach volleyball .
So I was wondering if any of you guys have spare tickets to any event with Iranian athletes competing, that you're willing to sell? Would be much appreciated, especially the heavyweight men's weightlifting final (I know this is a long shot) or any of the wrestling events.

Emm, not ridiculous amounts. Are you looking for a profit, or are you just asking because you have expensive tickets?

Neither. Have wrestling ticket, but not selling it.

try london2012.com - tickets section.. then for wrestling/weightlifting, just keep clicking.. for now, there isn't tickets available (sold out ) but sometimes there are cancellations, and a ticket becomes available, then you quickly have to snap it up.

Its true, keep checking, as I managed to get my weightlifting ticket on Wednesday

Got the most expensive ticket for the +105 weightlifting while standing in line to get in for beach volleyball yesterday! Thank god for the iPhone--- am starting have doubts whether I should keep the ticket or not

idk about uk but stubhub in the us is good for things like this
i would see if there is a uk version or if there a site like it in the uk

We have something similar like gumtree too, but it's all about your own trust. The games have started, so getting a delivery (tickets may come late etc) , so you have to be very wary.

If yo buy from London 2012 tickets and get successful - you print them out, and collect it from your local ticket station, just incase post gets lost.

If you brought it well in advance, then it will be delivered to your house door.

They're particularly strict with touts and illegal sellers, so I won't trust anywhere but London2012's website. I'll keep checking I guess. Thanks
