It's over, 10-12 in the 4th set. Well done to Alamiyan. He could've won the 3rd and 4th game, he came very close. He's still only 20 and needs to gain some experience. We surely can expect much more from him in the future!

Lost 4-0- But still great game. The german player was the best of the world and is now the 4th best player. He is 31 years old. Our player is just 20 so he have great potential!

BBC were full of praise for Noshad, and says he has a 'splendid attitude and is one for the future' , however his lack of experience showed in the 3rd set when he had couple of game points, but decided to rush it. Also, Noshad was too defensive, and the German was dictating the game.

The gap in class and experience was evident, but Noshad did the best he can. Wish him the best of luck in future, and hope he can kick on from here.

According to many reports, a German speaking commentator gave racial comments about Noshad Alamiyan..

You should definately do that. I was watching to ZDF too, but the commentator wasn't talking bad about Noshad. He praised him sometimes. I think it's made up since there are no sources.
