How was Parc?
I was disappointed. During at least 30 minutes in the second half, we did shit. I'm not sure if Beckam needed to play so long. Verrati is a young boy, a fighter. I didn't see much Lavezzi. I hope we will do better the next match. We have 25% chances to win.

Good from the start to the messi's goal. Shit after, until the equalizer (1/1). very nice at the end

I dont think thats offside simply due to the fact that their feet are in the same line, and since the ball was being kicked... there is no question that mario mandzukic should be leaning that way... and its not even a clear call.. so dont cry about it, you can thank your defense for not getting scored on 2 or 3 more times....


And just so you know, Juve defense by market value is one of the best... bayern's center backs are actually not world class... our left and right backs are... but our center backs ( Dante, Van Buyten, Boateng) are all "good" players, but they arent nearly as good as chieliini, Barzalgi, etc. The only high quality CB bayern has is Badstuber and he is injured.



And Robben has been pissing me off so much lately, he is almost as skilled as ribery, but he isnt nearly as smart as ribery! Ribery is one of europes best Wingers/MF's in my opinion, he is very fast, very technically skilled, and can score on demand, but the key thing is, he knows how to pass, this damn robben doesnt pass!

OF course Bayern were the favorites. Last year and 2010 runner ups, Juve barely climbed back this high after some years of trying to come back from the scandal. Conte is also a new coach...this team just formed 16 months ago!

you must also realize that the camera angle isnt the same thing the ref sees, it may very well be that when you are in the refs point of view, it isnt offside.

i dont know...whatever dige its over....but all the replays i saw were offside and many people at the bar who were neutrals and bayern fans agreed too. hala bad calls for corners, free kicks, penalties are one thing but i hate it when goals dont count or someone scores on off sides. It happens to everyone but it just sucks when its an important game like this and changes everything. we were still in it until this goal

good game by us, pity we wasted so many chances. had we scored a 3rd one out of the 3 4 clear cut chances we had which mostly robben missed, we didnt have to worry much going to turin with juve needing to score 4 goals. now we go there and we need to score 1 goal there and juve need to score 4.

about the ref, chiellini and vidal should have been sent off atleast 3 times in the same 90 minutes. ribery's tackle however was disgusting.

about the goal, i dont think it was offside at all. as the images show here, the 2 players were on the same line at the time of the shot and in such cases, FIFA laws are to go with the attacker (for the beauty of football).

again im not denying bayern deserved the win...but both goals were a little tough luck for Juve...i mean to start the game goin down 1-0 with a deflection was just bad luck. Buffon was positioned right to save it but the deflection totally threw him off. And the 2nd goal offside just took us out. All the other chances werent as "clear cut" as you put it...they were good chances but they werent open net or one on one with keeper type. Buffon had some saves and others went wide.


This game showed Conte's inexperience as a coach. He's only been on top flight for less than 2 years.
2nd game will be tough and if we dont score early...u guys will score on counters and then it'll be over *sigh*

Bayern's first goal was a total fluke...it made things so easy for them afterwards because Juve was just there to get the draw...

I hope Juve can turn things around in the second leg

Btw, anybody noticed how Bayern drastically improved when they announced Guardiolas signing? They play like they are on steroids! I guess the spanish doctor already gave them a visit....
