Iran's only ever water polo team to successfully qualify for an olympic event. Unfortunately they lost every game and became one of the least successful sports teams in olympic history.

we shoulda scored one, but yeah understandable seeing at soviet union trained all their athletes with such discipline back in the day

I believe this was the same group of guys who won the Gold medal in the 1974 Asian Games in Tehran.
