I was watching the extended stream of the Discus final on BBC, and about 10 minutes after it was all over the camera was still following the medallists: Ehsan turned straight to the camera and pointed to his shoulder and said in English "My shoulder was injured"...then he wagged his finger and said "Rio, 2016!!"
You could see the bandage he had on his shoulder, he wasn't even fully fit and we came within a few cm of Gold. What a great guy, I'm sure he can challenge for Gold in 4 years time.Comment

Many thanks to our boys for the two golds and the two silvers today. Wining few more medals could put us in top 10. That by itself is a great achievement since we will have the most gold medals and for the first time the highest number of medals in total. And that is how our champs will make history.Comment

Not as good as our Greco team and I doubt we will see as many golds but we could see more medals then our Greco team altogether.
