I have to admit, I have no idea about Taekwando.
The last match I'd seen, prior to this one, was by Hadi Saei in which he won Olympic gold against an italian opponent.

Does Karami have a better chance of gold tomorrow?

I'm perfectly confident that Yousef Karami will win Gold tomorrow although he's been given a difficult draw. His biggest threat would be in the SF against possibly Lopez or Sarmiento (2008 Silver medalist).

This is why I have a problem with the Olympic system. They have so many routines for Gymnastics and Swimming yet can't have more weight classes for weightlifting, wrestling, and tae kwon do.

I wish there were 6 weight classes instead of 4. All 3 of our World Champions are in succeeding weight classes, meaning that we can only send one of them (unless one of the others loses or gains a lot of weight.

Where do you hear this? It would be a major let-down if they did so. Instead of taking out something like TKD, they should get rid of trash like synchronized swimming and replace it with Karate and Futsal.

Good job by our boys and hopefully a few more to come... Still two days of competitions to go. (Is Sunday reserved only for the closing ceremonies?)

Now only if our girls were contributing a few medals as well. If IR considers, female weightlifting and Taekwondo could both be done with a hijab on.
