I know, aziz. He just really frustrates me right now. He has the potential to be a contributing basketball player on any team but his drive and determination is questioned though.
Originally posted by Hosseini View PostSharkie jan, what do you mean who cares? Hamed is Iranian and I have respect for him to even try playing in the NBA. He gave Iran a respectable name while at the Grizzlies, and I wont forget it.

Hamed Haddadi may have been traded to the Toronto Raptors last week as part of the deal that sent Rudy Gay up north, but we’ve been told that he’s still in Memphis working out with trainer Frank Matrisciano (also known as "Hell’s Trainer"), who does strength and conditioning for the University of Memphis Tigers basketball team.
Haddadi is the first NBA player from Iran, and as such, sometimes his visa causes complications when moving between the United States and Canada. Haddadi is still in Memphis working out because he’s waiting on visa issues to be resolved, which a source tells me should be ready by the end of the week.
I may not speak for everyone, but I’m going to miss having Haddadi in a Griz jersey. Haddadi was definitely a fan favorite for the Grizzlies, and despite his limited playing time he always put up good rebounding numbers. I’d like to think he’ll be remembered for this dunk on Shaquille O’Neal:
