I do, saw Harden news. I liked watching Harden play before the finals, but after that performance left a sour note in my mouth. However, who am I to complain, Rockets actually are trying to do something worthwhile ...
He had a bad series, yes, but go look at what he did vs the spurs and mavs that playoffs. Another fun thing to do is go look at the nba scoring leaders 1-50 from last year on NBA.com, and look at the FGA column. Incredibly efficient scorer. That efficiency will surely take a hit now that he is going to be forced to take more those shots at the end of the shot clock, but he should still be one of the most efficient guards in the NBA. And what goes unnoticed is that his main strength is actually his playmaking ability. This was harder to see in OKC because his bigs couldnt catch and his perimeter teammates werent cutters or spot up shooters. (only daquan cook who played like 8 mins a game). This talent will come to the forefront on the rockets. And they have room for another max player too, maybe trading one of the 50 PFs for Josh Smith? Thatll be a squad. I just hope Lin doesnt suck
How do you guys like living in Houston btw? I may be getting a job there after graduation (energy)
I love Houston. Hopefully, I'll be staying there forever

Born in Houston, huge Rockets and Texans fan. The game last night was awesome. Harden was phenomenal.

I didn't care for the people and the weather was intolerable. They said if you don't like the weather just wait. They are right the weather changes on an hourly basis. Maybe it was because I had just arrived from Iran and other than my uncle and his family I didn't know anyone. I took a trip to Cali and went back and hauled all my stuff in my 1982 Ford Fairmont and drove to LA and never went back. This is a quarter of a century ago.

Oh wow. Do you think California is a better place for Iranians? I've lived in Texas but never been to Cali. I'm considering moving there.
