I am very curious to see how he does, he has been coaching Barca since 2007 starting with the B team. Bayern is having a fantastic season right now with only one loss so Pep must feel some pressure on his shoulders.

im sad that heynkes is retiring... his recent spell with bayern has been AMAZING.... about 75% wins! I hope my favorite european team doesnt turn into barca #2 with 8,000,000 passes before 1 shot

this will be van gaal tactics 2.0 all over again and wont work with bayern,
luis enrique tried this with as roma too and failed miserably...you cant play barca style if you dont have the players

Another step in the right direction for German football. They will dominate in the next few years.

ps. 3year contract will be exactly enough for him to finish his job at Bayern and by that time Sir Alex surely will retire and he could be his successor.

u really have that much faith in him?
he basically followed an already successful formula at barca and had some of the best players at his disposal...and even under villanova they are playing the same way. i'm not so convinced by pep's capabilities. i dont think he's bad but he's not this hyped coach media is making him to be. Di Matteo is prob a better coach
