As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

you want a team that is home grown?
Barcelona FC...
17 out of their 27 players are home grown, the head coach is a home grown player, our last head coach is a home grown player, on average 9 out of the 11 starters are home grown players, just a couple of months ago barcelona fielded a team which 11 out of 11 players were home grown, in their last game they started with 9 home grown players...
tell me one top team in the world that can match these stats...
2 out of chelseas 26 players are home grown, the coach is spanish, In tomorrows game against manchester united chelsea will start with ONLY one home grown player, John Terry...
8 out of bayerns 28 players are home grown, their coach next year will be the barcelona home grown player/coach, In their last game vs hamburg they started with 3 home grown players...
So stop arguing with each other and praise Barca!Bookmark the PFDC Calendar for TM & WCQ games

the chelsea team before roman was qualifying for europe and had great players like poyet, di matteo and zola (comparable to todays spurs, not good enough to win titles, but not a shit team)
its city who are all cash, they were losing 8-2 to middlesborough just 5 years ago and now they have won the league
