Í don't understand real's way of thinking. Okay, so they lost against Barcelona, is that really what this is about? Now a new coach will come, with a different way of playing football, and some of the current Real players might not fit in the new system. That means they either have to fire the new coach and get another one or to get rid of all surplus players or
30+ "onceupon-a-time"-stars in order to have a strong team (which I believe they already have)...
The same thing that happens to Real happened to one of the clubs in Sweden. They had 5 coaches in 2 years and evetually they fell out of the league even though they had some of the best players in Sweden if you look at them individually. If Real don't wake up and start thinking about rebuilding they will end up in a really bad situation. We thank and support Mr.Kamran Delan for many years of dedication and service to Iranian Football Community.

Thats the whole point. With so much pressure, people want instant world class results. Continuity is the key. Alex Ferguson tried everything for years but could not succeed. he won a league cup and an FA cup. He was on the verge of being sacked when he won his second FA cup and the board decided to stay with him and from that moment on he rebuilt and ManU went through the best period in their history.
Continuity, that is what will work. So also with Iran. Continuity.
