So he is going to join the philly summer league team so I am sure just like last year we will be able to watch his games at NBA.com. Unfortunately for us fans he was the victim of philly tanking plans of last year but this year he is not messing around. With philly having drafted Embiid some think philly wants to tank one more year. If he doesn't get a contract he will sign with another team.
Here is a list of transactions for the 76ers in March and April:
APRIL
DATE TRANSACTION
April 7, 2014 Signed G-F Adonis Thomas to a 10-day contract.
April 4, 2014 Signed G Casper Ware to a second 10-day contract.
MARCH
DATE TRANSACTION
March 28, 2014 Signed F James Nunnally to a second 10-day contract.
March 24, 2014 Signed G Casper Ware to a 10-day contract.
March 18, 2014 Signed F James Nunnally to a 10-day contract.
March 18, 2014 Assigned F Arnett Moultrie to Delaware (NBADL).
March 18, 2014 Signed G Darius Johnson-Odom to a 10-day contract.
March 12, 2014 Signed F Jarvis Varnado.
March 1, 2014 Signed F Jarvis Varnado to a 10-day contract.
Im so upset about this because last seasons philadelphia 76ers roster was literally one of the worst of all time, and it was the perfect opportunity to get to watch Arsalan play 25-30 mins a game. Such bullshit

I'm still shocked to this day that no other team tried to persure him with the shortage of solid big men in the league. I know my Knicks could use his services as much as any other team. Arsalab could have been a HUGE part of that 6ers team with carter Williams.....could've been a nice duo together. Glad that he's getting another shot....I hope he is ready and has to lost form after a year of being in Iran :/Team Meli Iran

this whole format of NBA hurts the league cuz u have 1 half of the league flopping to get better draft picks and other half trying to make the playoff.....lol

Arsalan Kazemi is scheduled to be in Vegas RT @mi_6ers: @gonzoCSN Kazemi?
8:46 PM - 1 Jul 2014
The Philadelphia 76ers began practicing for the Orlando Summer League today at PCOM, their first official workout of the offseason. The team will play in both the Orlando Summer League (July 5th-11th) and the Las Vegas Summer League (July 11th-21st).
Before practice began the Sixers unveiled their Orlando Summer League roster, which is listed at the bottom of this post.
There are some notable exceptions from that list, including 2014 draftees K.J. McDaniels and Jordan McRae. The Sixers intend to form two (mostly) separate squads, one going to Orlando and one going to Vegas, and intentionally split-up draftees and invitees between them. Both McDaniels and McRae, while not on the Orlando roster, should be in Vegas. There are also some players who may go to both, such as Nerlens Noel. The Las Vegas Summer League roster has yet to be officially announced.
One player who may go to Vegas is Arsalan Kazemi, as reported by John Gonzalez of Comcast SportsNet. Kazemi spent the year in his native Iran, playing for Petrochimi, where he averaged 13.1 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 2.2 steals in 28.3 minutes per game. He averaged 9.3 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 2.1 steals during his senior season at Oregon, with his 4.1% steal rate one of the best in the nation for a big man.

Originally posted by Darvish11 View PostIt still makes ZERO sense that Arsalan was not on the roster last season. If you are tanking why ship your late second round pick overseas? You should want to play him as much as possible. I know they werent trying to save money because THEY WERE BELOW THE LEAGUE MINIMUM SALARY!
