Solid game from Kazemi minus that block (but even that came from a great defensive play from him). But as I've said before, in today's NBA a guy his size who cant create off the dribble NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO SHOOT 3s. Doesn't need to be kyle korver, I'm talking 30%. He shoots free throws fine, his shot mechanics are fine, there is no reason he cant become a guy who hits a 3 every couple games. If he doesn't unfortunately I don't see him having a sustainable NBA career. Shooting is the easiest thing to improve , he has the things you can't teach like awareness, effort, and rebounding. Just add a below average 3 point shot (as opposed to non-existent) and you got yourself a solid nba player.

the 3 would be nice but i think he can alwaya manage to get to double figures in scoring if he wants to. Even last night, he could've had a double double. i think regardless if he can make shots or not, he can play in NBA, his game IQ is so mature, i dont see anyone else on these courts with as much awareness as him. He's also very smooth with the way he pulls rebounds or gets steals. There was one rebound he had i just loved....cuz he boxed out the guy, let the ball drop on the ground and ran with it dribbling and passing. Thats what he has that other PFs dont have, he can handle the ball if needed.

i was hoping okafor played last game, maybe tuesdays game they can play together and get more in sync. that'll help his chances of getting signed.

the only reason he is able to play as well as he has been playing is because he learned basketball here in the USA. He plays basketball like an american. HH played like a dehati who looked like was forced into playing basketball because he was too tall to be anything other than a basketball player. even in his 5th season in nba HH would make some silly mistakes that would be so frustrating to watch him.

Haddadi barely spoke English. He couldn't understand the game plans and learn the plays properly.

Nevertheless Haddadi made history by becoming the first ever Iranian to play in the NBA and that's reason to be proud of.

^^no doubt about that, only if he was not from Khuzistan he might have actually been in NBA still today. from my understanding Khuzistani folks are a bit lazy and do not work hard. Just saying!

Not to mention he was partying day and night.
First couple of months he was here he divorced his wife (who was also an athlete) and was going to clubs with that promoter/agent of his who didn't know anything about the NBA.

I think you guys are selling haddadi a bit short and at the same time having your expectations too high. Yes with a better work ethic he could have improved more and had had a longer career, but he was very skillful for his size and is the main reason we have dominated Asia for so long. Also if you were a young multimillionaire, one of the most famous people in your country, dominating your continent, alongside playing behind one of the best centers in the game who never got injured or even in foul trouble while playing for a coach that hates you, how motivated would you be to get better? Not everyone has the Kobe/Jordan fire burning inside them.

Being next to gasol and randolph he should've learned a thing or two. But i felt like after 4 yrs he barely learned much. its understandable being young and rich like that, its hard to keep your head in the game and yes its not entirely his fault, that agent of his contributed and made it worse. He was actually after Arsalan too but thank God Arsalan is smarter than that. i believe hamed had the skills to be a starter in NBA, he just didnt apply himself a little more.

Watching his game vs the Knicks right now...is it just me or was he in much better shape before he left US? He's gotten a lot bulkier in the last few years.

Arsalan playing great. Him and Okafor seem to be in sync and talk to each other, so thats good. few times they let him play against bigger guys too

he's hustling a lot, got the most rebs out of everyone so far. i hope he can grab at least 10 or more and get some points next half....
