As for the last game, if this was a real sixers game, arsalan wiuld have had 6 more assists. Nerlens noel would have broke the backboard with those nifty ak passes.
Okafor showed why my lakers passed on him. He is too slow and and not tall enough for the 5 position. He also plays no defense which was another reason the lakers didnt pick him. Anyways, the GM told ak that he cant believe he can even walk!!

^^no i noticed that as well, he looks a bit bulkier then when he was in NCAA which makes since you have to get big in NBA. something HH failed to do in his 5 years of NBA.

i dont get why people say that he's slow, he's a smart player and he doesnt need to run around. He is actually very quick and that is why he has so many steals. How does it make sense that a SLOW player can constantly blow the hustle stats out of the water? his hustle stats are TWICE all other players. Trust me he's not slow, he just plays smart and reads the game.


regarding his weight, he is a little heavier and its prob because he hasnt played at a high level for a while. its good and bad but i think he should lose like 5-10 pounds more to be quicker.

I'm not calling him slow, but he's not particularly fast either. He was a lot faster in World cup. There's a difference between being quick/having quick reactions and being fast

He gained weight for sure, but that makes sense when you've been played in Iran and China the past couple years. For his position having extra muscle mass is important. Lebron is 6'8 250-260, and Kazemi still is around 230-240.
He still seems really mobile and rebounds at an incredibly high level. His game reminds me of Draymond Green. All AK needs to do is develop a jumper and he'll be a hot commodity.

Good news is that it seems okafor wont play which means i expect double digit rebounds from ak.
The bad news is that it seems like okafor is not playing which means a beat up arsalan might have to play major minutes

ive noticed last couple of games he doesnt position himself well on offensive rebs. like when his teammates shoot he used to go to a place that the ball would drop but now he just stays away from the ball. He does need to get involved offensively though, because like today when his team goes down, the coach will take him out cuz he will need players that will score. Even if he's not shooting he needs to drive the ball and dish it out or draw a foul or something.
