I thought he had rejected to play for TM a long time ago. His dad told Navad that he couldn't join TM because he then had to give up his Japanese citizenship due to the Japanese law. It seems you can't have dual citizenship in Japan and Aria wouldn't give it up since he's born in Japan and lived all his life their. U can't blame the guy. His mother is Japanese and he has lived all his life their, so what talks for him to give up his life in Japan to join TM.

We really, really need this guy.

After today's match I have came to the conclusion that we miss a decent CAM. Jabbari is just too poor, while other players on that position are either too inexperienced or even worse, except Ali Karimi but he's no 90 minutes player.

So, we need a younger, creative and especially speedy CAM and we may have found that in Hasegawa. The big problem is that Japan has a law which forbids to be a dual citizen so it will be very hard for Hasegawa to join TM.

Despite that, I hope IFF / CQ can fix something with Japan in order to make a move happen. We really need to get this lad Aria tested, it's still not too late.

iran was his only chance to play in wc, japan is pretty much out of question for him. the only way he can join iran is to denounce his japanes citizenship. as japan does not allow for double citizen. i wonder is he can denounce it than play for iran then apply again to become a japanes citizen later thru his mother

Sadeghian might be just a kid but if he has the quality, he should be given the chance. Did you see jahanbakhsh today? He is also a kid but he was head and shoulder above Shojaei today. These young guys have the talent, energy and motivation and that can help TM alot.
