You said Persian, Arab, Baluch, Azari, Caucasion(?) and etc. Aria's dad could be a part of that category. I don't think it matters, and I think if Aria wants to wear the tri colors of Iran, then he is welcome to.
We're not Qatar and we will never fall into that level of disgust (inviting foreigners to wear your national team).
We are Iran and we have players who transferred from Sepahan and Damash to play their football abroad in Russia and Holland. We also have some players like Ashkan, Reza, and even Aria who play their football in Japan. It doesn't matter if he has 100% Iranian blood or 1%. If he can help us, and most importantly if he WANTS to help us out, then I strongly believe he should.
