Basel's Salah to Chelsea (He had a great game against Chelsea awhile back too) & Mata to Man Utd.

The west London side tied up the purchase of Basel’s 21-year-old midfielder rapidly and were able to announce him as their own before Manchester United could even complete a medical on Juan Mata.

^ not too unhappy with that result.. amazing how they pulled it.

But with Mourinho insisting that Chelsea could not win the league this season, he emphasised his laid-back approach to the title race by claiming all credit was due to McCulloch.

“I didn’t speak [before the game],” Mourinho said. “It was Billy the masseur who spoke to the team. He was screaming so much in Scottish – grrr, grrr, grrr – that I didn’t understand him.
