I agree, no excitement at all. I have watched many matches from this round and it was so boring, i fell asleep several times. Glad I'm not the only one who was thinking this

for example Galatasaray literally did not even create one SINGLE chance on target against Chelsea today, it was really pathetic

more like thank you over spending teams like your psg, madrid, man city and few others. im sorry thats your team but like it or not its teams like this that are ruining the game, not some draw. truth is so much talent gets wasted over the years cuz every transfer window the big spenders have to buy anyone that is hot and some make it good, others just get wasted and lost over the years, when they can be stars other places. Its the balance of the game that is tipped. when all the top players get bought the top 4-5 teams then this what you will have....it'll only get worse as the years go by. 90s was the best era and more balanced and things were more fun. now days we just have to watch super spenders beat up on smaller teams like 8-0 like barca and real do.

Psg, madrid, man city and also united, chelsea, inter, barcelona, arsenal etc.. etc...that is to say champions league names. if you look closely in champions league history these last 2 decades almost the richest club are high in this competitions.
Keep on criticizing PSG and their money but Juventus is richer than Galatasaray and Kopenhagen.
Every ideas of Platini is wrong : the guy open the door to small clubs of small countries, now champions league group stage are Europa league alike. The guy put the 1/8 to be played on 4 weeks, the excitation is diluted. And I don't speak about his fight against video assitance for referee and the winning team that has to come in the stands to receive the cup!

I would say from strongest to weakest goes something like this(note that this is just what I think from the top of my head, no analysis or anything):
1.Bayern Munich
2.Real Madrid
3.Chelsea/Barcelona
4.Chelsea/Barcelona
5.PSG (Perhaps on the same level as Chelsea/Barcelona)
6.Dortmund/Atletico Madrid
7.Dortmund/Atletico Madrid
8.Manchester United

I'm not very sure about PSG, they might be on the same level as Chelsea or Barcelona but it's hard to say
And I would rank Dortmund above Atletico Madrid, but they have too many injuries and are not the same Dortmund as last year.
