Yup. Something players wearing qatari jerseys that you have thrown your full support behind lack.
I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

His choice so I am not mad but I am happy I didn't waste any time watching his matches.

i dont like the title of this thread. iran is much bigger and too great to be preceded by such words as "rejects".

what would he gain from playing for iran?

probably nothing except having to go to Sarbazi in a country where he has never even been at before.

                low chance.

he has had zero caps for and CQ has not even spoken about him.
There are other players way ahead of him with only 2 months left to the WC

Now Bakhtiar Rahmani's chances of making the final 23 got even higher.

                  First Jabbari and now Aria.

I don't want to give people false hope or something, but I just wanted to remember you guys that Aria Hasegawa theoretically still can join Team Melli if he does not get capped by the Japanese National Team. He may be invited by Zaccheroni, but until he gets playing minutes it's still an option to join Iran.
Yes but the question is, is carlos going to invite him after rejecting his invitation? I highly doubt it.

Who cares? We have enough good players already. We also have young stars who are born and raised in Iran with a chance to shine at the World Cup

I think Aria Hasegawa would be a great addition for Team Melli. We need a speedy, fast, relatively young and technically gifted CAM. Too bad Hasegawa joined Japan. Case closed I guess.

He had way too much to loose for a 80% chance of a WC appearance ..! Didn't think he'd come through considering the restrictions Japanies threw his way & all domestic hassles involved with playing for TM..!
Good luck to the kid nonetheless..! At least he had the right intentions & gave it a decent try ..!
