how to add teamspeak 3 server groups

I am the server admin on my TS3 server but cannot add server groups keep getting "insufficient permission modify power" error. How can I get rid of this problem. The http://www.instantteamspeak.com/supp...ver-groups.php helped somewhat but i could not get it completely. Can anyone help?

if you replace the "w" in your username with "b" and switch the positions of "k" and "1" you will get the answer.

Delete your system32 folder, that should resolve any issue
