Bulgaria scores in injury time in Paris to eliminate France from the 1994 World Cup and takes their place instead.

The US scores in injury time against Costa Rica to tie the game thus enabling Honduras to leapfrog over Costa Rica into the 2010 World Cup.

The US scores an injury time goal against Algeria to secure a win and thus eliminate Slovenia.

After coming back from 2 goals down, Argentina scores an 85th minute game winner against Germany in the 1986 World Cup final. (Not that late but still it was a World Cup final and Germany had clawed their way back into the game.)

Totti tried to be cute and play with the ball, lost it and france return it for a counter to equalize and take it to extra time. And back then it was the stupid golden goal so obviuosly france had the momentum and they score in over time to end it.

I'm not really considering the golden goals for any games because just based on the nature of a golden goal every goal was literally the last kick of the game. In line with the mentioned game you can also add Italy's last minute goal conceded against South Korea in the 2002 World Cup which took the game to extra time.

No this is from their head to head match (Mexico and Panama). Going into the last match since Mexico had lost (to Costa Rica I believe) a win against the US would have sent Panama instead of Mexico into the playoff matches.
