My personal ones:
PSV Eindhoven was leading 2-0 in the second leg of the semi-finals against AC Milan in 2005. In the last minute, Kaka sent a cross to the box and Ambrosini scored a header. I was so upset about that and still remember it, PSV actually deserved to win the Champions League that year. the 3-1 scored by Cocu later on didn't help them since they were eliminated on away-goals.
