You didn't answer the question. Have you or have you not had sex before?

I won't discuss my private sex life here with you and ask you to be mature here or simply be quite.

It's you who obviously never worked out properly or done sports.

Having sex doesn't mean to lose focus and discipline. wtf actually.
Of course they can have sex at their hometown but it should make sense to you too that a tournament differs from weekly league games, no?!

It's simply because sex will exhaust your body and especially legs AND your mind: because sex reliefs and relaxes which is actually good but a certain amount of stress and agression is simply needed in such big tournaments.

That's proven. That's common sense. If you deny that and rather want to insult me (and others like in the other thread calling us retarded) you deserv nothing but a ban.

Approved by Canadian Academy of Sport Medicine in Ottawa.
Approved by Linford Christie - former jamaican/british sprinter who said that whenever he had sex before tournaments (although it was forbidden) he felt exhausted and had heavy legs and didn't perform good at all. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linford_Christie

Alexander Olshanietzky israelian sportsdoc says that on the other side, women perform better when they have sex prior to tournaments.
what you posted there is absolutely absurd and has no scientific basis whatsoever.

read my post again. the only reason why the ban sex is because they want to control the players from heading out for a nigh stroll during the 2-3 weeks that the team is there, not because of the detrimental effects of sex on physical body.

It's neither absurd and is based on scientific basis. What is so hard to understand? Even Franz Beckenbauer said he was disallowed to have sex when he was active.
I gave you the real reasons, you deny it and i am fine with that. No need to insult me. It's absolutely ok if you disagree. I provided sources, i can confirm (and the majority of my mates at the gym too) since i work out myself and you can educate yourself with a little google search.
There is nothing more i can do here.

        Let's move on.
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

What Italy's stance on this? Cassano claims to have slept with 500+ women (fucken disgusting) so I highly doubt this rule will be in effect for Italy and if it is, Cassano won't be following it.

The Winter Olympics may offer plenty of excitement, but there's at least one type of action that many of the athletes are strictly avoiding: sex.
Athletes have long perpetuated the theory that sex before competition zaps energy. Muhammad Ali, for one, reportedly wouldn't make love for six weeks before a fight.
But scientists say there is no physiological evidence to suggest that sex before competition is bad. In fact, some studies suggest that pre-sports sex may actually aid athletes by raising their testosterone levels, for example.
It is unclear, however, what psychological effects sex may have on an athlete's performance. Some scientists suggest that abstinence could help some athletes concentrate better.
"There are two possible ways sex before competition could affect performance," said Ian Shrier, a sports medicine specialist at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
"First, it could make you tired and weak the next day," Shrier said. "This has been disproved.
"The second way is that it could affect your psychological state of mind. This has not been tested," he said.

there is no evidence of it being good or bad.
            now move on buddy

also read this for your education and see why teams ban sex. its the partying and the behavior leading to it, not the act itself

Aghayoon, let me put this to bed (no pun intended) for good:

                * Rough Sex: Banging against walls, tables, counters, chairs, involving wrestling moves, etc. can cause injuries and is NOT good.

                * Prolonged sex: Taking periods of 4-8 hours can be absolutely exhaustive and is NOT good.

                * Quickies: Lasting under 3 minutes are okay, as long as it's not during half-time or when the national anthems are playing!

This is only based on what I'e heard of course - lol

LOL. 2+ hour sessions are like 8.0+ earthquakes Kiarash jaan, they're very rare and when they do happen, you will likely need medical attention after!

Is this a ban on having sex with each other? I guess that may cause some issues.
.... At the end I am nothing other than ordinary

It's a great idea to ban it for the world cup.
Having sex is actually really good for athletes but not on the day of the competition since you do feel slightly weaker, however that period doesn't last very long.

So I think if they have sex the day before it's actually really good cause they're not going to build that frustration in their body/mind.

Sex bans are the worst. Gotta be able to let off some steam & enjoy being there.
