You wanna be a whipping boy of the western teams, go right ahead. I want to WIN points and get out of our group. I agree with Carlos 100%

I would rather have a do or die game against bosnia than against defending champs spain.
Ugly football or not, we're here to get to the next round. We are in much better position than the aussies and I am sure they would rather be in TM's position than their current one.
Australia played great though, kudos to them.

Not only does it limit our player's abilities to showcase their skills but also as a fan, it doesn't bring any sort of entertainment. When you have players like Dejagah who need space and an open style of football to produce, the system hinders his skills. CQ tactic would be fine with Argentina, but not sure about playing like that vs. Nigeria/Bosnia.
Aussie's played superb today. If I were an Australian I'd be damn proud of their team, regardless of the result today.

Went out with 3 draws.....and were the moral winners of "ONLY WC TEAM NOT TO LOSE".
They got ZERO transfers to good European clubs after that showing...and their football never kicked on. They in fact went backwards. Everyone was so chuffed they didn't make it this year losing to Mexico.
If we are to follow New Zealand 2010's blue-print, I hope we have a better post-WC plan than them.

I'm not disagreeing with CQ's tactic in certain games, but if we are THAT worried about making it to the next round that we have to play ultra-conservative, do we really deserve to move on? Just saying....

At some point we will need to win games to stay in this WC, that's a given.Remember RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT & Zob Ahan

And by the way Australia was lucky today that it was not like 6-0. They were just damn lucky all the way. That is not how you play against the Netherlands. Their first goal was one that happens once every 20-30 attempts, and the second goal was not a penalty, the hand foul was a retarded decision.
