I blame the ref. Brazil was fouling hard left and right without a card from the ref. They were beating up on James every time he touched the ball.

If the ref lets people play hard, stiff like this injury will happen.

Suarez did it three times. I doubt the Colombian player will do this again.

Unless the refs, crowd, and luck all go the way of Brazil simultaneously, I don't see Brazil standing a chance against Brazil without Neymar. Not to mention, Silva is also suspended. Will be tough.

i am just hoping for a euro less finals...brazil and argentina final would be a dream,i think "football" wise they are both better than holland and germany. even though this brazil team is the least sexiest team of all the brazil teams it is still sexier than a germany or a holland. the only question is can brazil pull it off without neymar and in front of their fans which seems to turn to negative pressure at times.

Brazil, with Neymar although 3 years younger, was manhandled by Germany exactly 3 years ago in a friendly,..and this German team is far better than the one then..I was checking the wc teams stats to date and Germany's pass completion, passes attempted, distance traveled, etc,.. were far better that Brazil
I find Germany far more dangerous with sharper claws and longer fangs than all other 3 remaining teams..

I dont like Neymar.
He should have had a RED CARD vs Croatia for that foul, that the blind Japanese gave only yellow! Five mins later Neymar scores the first goal versus Croatia.
If he would have had the red card, Brazil would have never scored the first goal of the game... and the way the game flow was, Croatia could have even beaten Brazil, who to be honest dont play too good at this world cup.
