If Roben was fouled (grabbed) out side of penalty box , then why was a penalty called?

Lol looks like I'm wrong again. Must be difficult for the players of Brazil to have their fans turn against them. However can't really blame them after that Germany game now this
On a side note every player should be warned that if you breathe next to robben you will be given a yellow.--------------------------Beiranvand-------------------

Horrible officiating throughout this World Cup, Pure disastrous refereeing with so many wrong calls. FIFA urgently needs to employ the replay technology ASAP or at least for the World Cup and continental tournaments, this is absolutely unfair and heartbreaking for teams who work their butts off for 4 years to get here, only to get overlooked by the refs and get screwed over by human errors etc. FIFA's stubbornness baffles me and it's beyond me!
First goal was absolutely outside of the box and should have been a free kick, second goal was absolutely offside, then a clear penalty was not given to Brazil.
Although in some of the previous games Brazil was favored by the refs and benefited from some favorable calls, but this time around it bit back and they got robbed.
Nonetheless the Brazil of this tournament was absolutely the worst and most feeble Brazil team I have ever seen in my entire life. The least pool of talent in this team!
BTW that Belgian football fan chick in the stadium who was picked by L'oreal for modeling has already been dismissed as a footage of the gal was released on the net spotting her shooting a Gazelle...

In the second half, the substitute Hernanes could also have been red carded because of an ugly sliding tackle on one of the dutch players. He didn't even get a yellow card for that challenge.
The penalty situation in where Oscar was booked because for diving was not 100% clear. Oscar was looking for contact and although Blind stretched his leg out, Oscar fell before he hit him. But I would say Brazil should have been given a penalty kick here.
But on the other hand, Robben should probably have been given a penalty as well a couple of minutes later. It was not a handball and the Brazilian defender tackled him in the back. This wasn't a obvious call either, but Holland could have been awarded a penalty kick here.

The Algerian ref. did everything to help the Netherlands win the game short of scoring for them - same as the Serbian ref. in the Iran-Argentina game, The officiating in this WC has been absolutely horrendous, even worse than 2002 - in fact, I can't remember a WC with worse officiating than this.
The replay technology is an absolute MUST at this point for major tournaments - in leagues you have lots of games, so it tends to even out, but for these types of competitions where one game could make all the difference, there's no room for errors - particularly these types of grave errors. That has been the only bad mark on an otherwise GREAT world cup.
Blatter's an old grumpy guy stuck in his ways and he needs to step down after this and make room for someone more flexible and dynamic to keep up with the requirements of the game.

Even Holland's last goal was the continuation of play after a foul on Oscar I believe that wasn't called!

Yes, the penalty kick was wrong, but trust me, Brazil being one man down against Holland after just 2 minutes of play would have lead to a more embarassing outcome for the home nation.
Especially considering that David Luiz would have captained the team again...
