Iran is always the same! Once they become good, they always shock against a "weaker" side. Remember Iran basketball losing to Jordan, that costs us the olympics.

Iran hasn't produced champions with a BIG mental (how many games did we won at penaly shoot out in football?), doing the job against weakers.

Yep I miscomprehended the piece of news, after victory over Iran they have won in straight sets 43 times now. On another note our problem is not luck it's our lack of respect for our opponents. Remember how everyone was sure of winning against the US, Poland to an extent and then Germany? Hell we lost to Vietnam and drew Kyrks due to the same thing.

You see guys. That was a prime example of our luck.
When everything is in our favour, we manage to f it up big time.
Germany had 1 day less rest and suffered a 3-0 defeat from France.
Only fools would think that they will struggle because of that.
And we iranians are fools.

We are always better when all odds are against us.

Even in the world league, we had a chance to do something amazing, but it seemed the team was content with top 4 finish. Once we were there the players had no angizeh.

Btw, just a side note, I hate this "fadayeh saretoon" bs we Iranians always use when mistakes or accidents happen. We should own up to the fact that we played terribly, and we most likely had no vision/game plan for the germans which is owing to our cockiness and over confidence.

Once that happens, you will see Iranian sport mentality change. I will throw CQ in this for the f of it...I am so irked our plan for WC is just to qualify for 2018...after that "fadeyeh saretoon"...

If you want to be the best, learn from the best. Did you see the tears, anger, emotion, and reactions the Brazilians had to not winning the WC? We need to expect greatness before we can achieve greatness. If we don't expect greatness, no matter how much "fadayeh saretoon" or IR blaming we do, the results won't change!
