It is a ridiculous sport if you ask me. Its not an olympic sport and hardly anyone participates in it. Its an Indian sport and the good news is that we are pretty good at it. To me its just glorified tag with violence. Every time I watch it I laugh my ass off.

This is why I think Iranians would be great at American football.

I swear, first time I saw the pics on facebook, I thought a fight was going on in a handball match or something

I have played it a lot in India. I was in my school team.it was a lot of fun. You need to hold your breath. I was held many times by the opponents and dramatically somersaulted my way out like Van Danne

It's the national sport of either Bangladesh or Sri Lanka if I am not mistaken. It's crazy though, it's pretty much team MMA with almost anything going.

90s?..much.older than that my dear friend , but yes it's very similar concept except for instead if having a ref keeping time you had to say zoooo till either you get caught and run of breath or fight your way back to your zone.
Speaking of old school games, Khar Polis was the biggest hit! I'd like to see Khar Polis in Asian Games, LOL!!

IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.
