Speaking of the big money team fans... isn't it inferior to root for a team with such a low payroll, and hardly any championships?
I dunno about all that but it's typical as soon as a team does well people jump behind them. For example, I have been rooting for the Jays, Raptors (NBA), Leafs (NHL), TFC (MLS), and Argos (CFL) for as long as I can remember. Win or lose, I will not cheer for any other team in competition against my teams. I may be happy if for example an underdog wins a World Series in baseball, but I won't cheer for them. That doesn't mean I won't watch or enjoy the game...but deep deep down, I am cursing them and hoping they lose to my team next year :P

i wass sooo depressed while watching both games :/
They are pure shooters. It's players like them who are allowed to shoot instead of layups. They are the best backcourt in the NBA today.

The Warriors' reached their ceiling under Jackson. It was time for them to go on a new direction with Kerr. I don't think Kerr needs to do too much since he already has a quality side to begin with. Klay is definitely motivated to prove his game because of the Kevin Love sweepstakes.

Kerr is going to get a lot of help from Alvin Gentry. Kerr wasn't very impressive on television as a commentator so I have reason to believe he doesn't know what he's doing. Having Gentry on that bench is going to make GSW a very efficient and dangerous offense to deal with PLUS they have great defensive players like Iggy, Bogut, and Klay.

As long as Klay doesn't take all those bad mid range jumpers he tends to miss, he'll be fine.

              I'm a big fan -

I live in SF and company offers the occasional complementary tickets. I try to make it out to at&t park any chance I get.

I can't wait to see the hooliganism in the city when it's all over and done with, the only American sport that can cause street chaos when the world series comes about. Couple years ago in SF, it was a mess of a night when they won.

Much love to you bro! You know it's all fun and games. Faghat Team Melli!

The Queens bought their championship. Look at their players. They're well-above the salary cap. But congrats though!

The Sharks lost the momentum. I think the offseason issues of stripping captaincy and potential trade of our star players, made everyone awake of the consequences that they're not safe. But Sharks have been disappointing the past 7 years in the playoffs always being favored to reach the Stanley Cup finals.

Our love for Team Melli will overcome all our Bay Area/LA rivalries lol. And Queens? Defending champs, baby! I can't believe you lost a 3-0 series lead!!!

And yes.....Lakers are getting owned left and right. Steve Kerr will do wonders with GS

Can you blame the Giants' fans after a 50+ year drought?

But now, we're going for a 3 championship in 5 years.

My association is that they play my team's rival. Wouldn't you cheer for the Red Sox if they played against the Dodgers in the WS? lol
