What first time World Cup host would you like to see?

There are a number of countries that I am surprised have yet to host the World Cup or even put in a bid for it. Of course obviously we would all want Iran but other than that who do you think deserves to have a shot at it?

If I had to pick just one it would be Portugal. They are strong enough to be able to qualify without being hosts and they seem to have good infrastructure. I'd also consider Belgium or the Netherlands but they seem a bit too small for a 32 team tournament.

Neither Holland, not Belgium will be able to host a WC on themselves, but a combination of both would be possible (like the EC 2000).

Personally, I'd love for it to be held in Dubai...it would be like home games for Iran. However with the heat and such, I doubt itll ever come back to the region after Qatar.
