The question isn't who do you think will do so but rather given the current events what do you think is the proper way to handle keeping/determining a host for it.
My opinion is even though bids were submitted, rather than pick the runner up (USA), resubmit them as countries have had their conditions and infrastructure changed in the past 5 years and perhaps some new candidates have emerged. With that being said though I think even with brand new bids the US would win it. I'd give Australia in addition to a joint bid between the US and Canada an outside shot.
