Who should host the 2022 World Cup?

The question isn't who do you think will do so but rather given the current events what do you think is the proper way to handle keeping/determining a host for it.
My opinion is even though bids were submitted, rather than pick the runner up (USA), resubmit them as countries have had their conditions and infrastructure changed in the past 5 years and perhaps some new candidates have emerged. With that being said though I think even with brand new bids the US would win it. I'd give Australia in addition to a joint bid between the US and Canada an outside shot.

Votes should be resubmitted by countries that are interested. That being said, UEFA nations should not be allowed to submit bids in order to enforce the rotation policy.

Realistically, the vote would probably come down to Australia, USA, and Japan (which are pretty much the nations that bid for 2022 in the first place).

Canada, they are going to be hosting the current women's WC in a few days, and I think they can manage to host the mens in 2022. Canada has been to the WC, although not since the 80's.
