I say let them spend on footballers, who cares at least few poor guys from Africa or South America receive high paying jobs and life time opportunities. Qatar can be rich and powerful as long as they stay out of meddling in other countries' affairs and not helping radical terrorists around the region. Spending in sport related issue (if not in corruption) is a good way to go. Another condition is also if they are not stealing our resources in South Pars gas field which is shared between Qatar and Iran but Qataris are exporting 10 times of what Iran does.

I wouldn't be posting these articles on the forum for the sure fact to make fans of Persianfootball doubt their teams ability and make themselves feel threatened about what other teams in the region are doing.
