Well he will play against the strongest team in the league on Saturday. Sydney FC.

It has been around a month since Arzani has made it into the starting line-up, and already last season’s A-League top scorer, Ninkovic is praising him highly.

“He’s a huge talent. He just needs to keep going and work hard and then I think he can become a very, very good player,” said Ninkovic.

Imagine when he does, it will be insane!
        right on man..
we are behind in the game and need to take the initiative on that front..!!
whether to get him first official cap at WC is a secondary issue..... FTB we need to give him the much needed recognition for his talent and his recent good performances and offer him his first call up to the next immediate TM camp and let him get acquainted with the rest of the team and etc..!!
in Fact, right now CQ staff should be in touch with him and his family and feeling him out about his possible reaction if we were to invite him for the next TM training camp..??

So according to Gol Bezan's Twitter, their inside sources say that IFF has made no move in Arzani or any contact, and likely won't call him up before the World Cup. However, there is talks about him in the inner circles of Team Melli, and they are looking at him as a possible call up for Asian Cup 2019

Arzani will most likely not feature vs. Sydney FC due to injury:

"“The ACL is not in our thinking at the moment because our full focus is on tomorrow night,” Arnold said. “We are facing a tough opponent who have been doing well lately, but they will be missing a couple of key players in Ross McCormack (who has completed his injury replacement stint and *returned to England) and Daniel Arzani (injured). “We go to AAMI Park knowing it has become a bit of an away fortress for us given we have won our past four games there. We will look at the ACL after tomorrow night.”

The expected loss of Arzani will be a huge blow for City as he has been in superb form since taking his chance and earning a regular starting spot five weeks ago."

He starts the game, despite the injury concerns.

Damn Arzani is just turning these Sydney defenders inside out for fun.

This is meant to be the best defence in the league he is playing against....

You can compare the A-League to the 2nd division of Holland, the Jupiler League.

Jahanbakhsh was scoring and assisting in that league on walking speed.
