As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature. -
shes not yet 18 so prob got chance of grabbing medal 2016 and 2020

she has a very good chance for medal in Rio but first she has to qualify, in this sport of Taekwondo. qualification is sometimes harder than winning medal at the Games.Comment

first since they use August Ranking she is not even qualified to compete for the next GP ! (only top 32 advance) she can participate only if 10 athletes withdraw ! and beside that even if she wins next two GPs, she still 99% won't make it top 8 , (only top 8 can participate in final GP)
by saying that, there is still one more chance left for her, Asian Qualifiers, but that's just one tournament and only top 2 qualify , one mistake, one defeat and you are done. still I'm optimistic she will qualify from Asian qualifiers without so much problem , even though nothing is guaranteed.Comment
