the team was doing well when Kovac first took over and now it seems like he has run out of ideas. If they do replace him I hope its someone of a high caliber because that's what this team needs.

Kovac is an OK coach, but he simply couldn't add any more value to this great team. Whatever achievements we had under this coach was thanks to the great team that was built by Velasco. Kovac is indeed out of ideas, and we need a GOOD coach that knows how to revive the spirit of our volleyball team. It is still not too late to change coaches.

According to 90, that Kovac might be sacked and get replaced with Velasco's former assistant Joran Sichello, who's now coaching Qatar

I feel sorry for the team. This team used to compete at the highest level and now Japan is doing better than U.S. Our reception is bad, our serving is below par and that's the difference between great teams and ours. SERVE~!!
In Russia game we made 27 Service errors. Yes that's an entire SET!!! The same thing happened in Poland game.

There seems to be some sort of mental issues with the team. Attitudes are all wrong. There is no ambition and way too many mistakes.
We all know the team has talent, but its times like this that feel like the manager has lost the locker room.Last edited by Nokhodi; 09-18-2015, 06:45 AM.
