Parts of the 1st period and 3rd period Iran played the best basketball it has all tournament.

Positives
-----------
Defense was much better. Good hustle and positioning.
Haddadi was much better
Team protected the lead very well.

Negatives
---------
Samad is only shooting well. His dribbling and passing is really off.
Not enough blocks and clean pressure when they try to drive into the paint.
Still some inconsistency and goshadi.

Overall this team is so much better than every team here at the tournament its sad. They can only lose to themselves.
Refs will be against Iran big time tonight so the players must be aware and control the game. Slow it down at times.

For those wondering, the game is tomorrow (October 2nd). 430 AM PST, 730 AM EST.

Yes, that was very bad. I was worried he would get banned for next game or something along those lines.
Haddadi is dangerous that way. He needs to be passionate to play well, but he also needs to keep his emotions under control otherwise he'll do something very stupid.

no team can play a perfect 4 quarters.Iran played well in da first quarter, played bad in the 2nd quarter and played well again in the 3rd and 4th quarter.

I would be inclined to disagree. Iran didn't play as well in the 4th quarter either, obviously thinking they had sealed the win. Which I don't blame them for, but against a better team with greater determination....

His stupid acts at times can cost us the championship. Like he did with that technical foul in 2011.
