You guys should check the betting sites. They are a very good source for finding out the medal chances of our athletes. Right now 3 of our weightlifter and our 2 Taekwondo stars have the best bets for gold. Interestingly none of our wreslers are ranked first!

Wow Arya will do the breastroke tonight and he is only 16!
I know on paper, he has no chance to qualify for the semi-finals, but I will be rooting for him all the way!
I've always wanted Iran to be good in Swimming, and see them battle it out with the Australians in the pool.

Same downgrade happened with Noshad Alamian.

Also, during the interview, Ehsan talks about the messages he received from his fans who were expecting him to win gold. GOLD! That obviously put a lot of pressure on the poor guy. The funny thing is that most of these people don't even care for him to win a medal; all they want is this false sense of pride when they see their country up in the medal ranking. It's just sad.
He was a dark horse favorite.
All elite athletes have media and fan pressure.
That takes nothing away from his achievements.
