not anytime soon, and beside that Futsal is not a new sport, it's a part of FIFA, I highly doubt they let FIFA have another discipline there, if they want Futsal they have to drop Football, very unlikely

they are not going to drop any sport, at least for now, but they will limit the number of athletes. even more
