Anyway Track and Field activity is not allowed in most of them, for exemple the only field in Tehran is on Enghelab Complex (Shahid Keshvari stadium) despite all stadiums in Tehran with a so called athletics track.
The problem isn't that simple.

IR has interest in Irak, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and invests in it.

Hopefully the gedahs running the Sports Ministry realize this.
I will just give you few exemples on what you said:
Ehsan Rouzbahani, Elaheh Ahmadi, Noshad Alamiyan .....
We all know in which circumstances and with which support they train, so they've realized it long time ago and if they wanted to do something they could have done it a long ago.
So the answer is no, they won't have more support than Somali Pirates team.

I can't believe Kyle Chalmers (only 18) from my little old Adelaide (small city in Australia) won gold in swimming yesterday out of nowhere!
I wish more of the Iranian athletes had his mentality of not listening to the naysayers. They said he was too young, too inexperienced, and he ended up being too good for his much older opponents.
Very inspirational!

Also I don't know much about Rajabi but does she have a good chance of getting a medal in shot put?
as for discus throw, Haddadi was terrible the whole season, never threw the damn discus more than 64 metres. so no our chance is not good here, miracles happen though.

this is how you invest in sport, joseph schooling of singapore just made it to the final of 100m butterfly with the faster time in the world, singapore generally weak in sports like swimming have a chance for medal, if iran could have send a few swimmers to aus or usa we could have had a say also

Iran doesn't need to send their swimmers in usa to train but just find them a good "doctor"
