Ronaldo/Nani years made me stop following Man U, The Mourniho years will make me actively cheer against them.

van gooz was rebuilding the team thou they bot 250 mil worth of players... managers are part of deal.. one or two leader players matter as much imo.. look at liverpool.. they missed that key ingredient.

^ I am not a hater of Man U. but with Mourinho it's easier to dislike. Dislike in the sense of seeing him fail at the club.

Three years ago they didnt' want him not as a failed Real coach now they take him as a failed Chelsea coach. Preferred they took Ancelloti.

speaking of EPL.....WTF is United thinking trying to pony up 150M for Pogba ?

They need to spend that money on building a competitive team instead of 1 player who wont change much. Its a team sport, not like tennis or wrestling. This is the kind of purchase you make when you're like a small step away from winning CL like Barca or Real Madrid. United has a long way to go and one player isnt gonna change that.

Juve fans dont want him sold but if we were to get 150M, then damn thats like how much we paid for our whole new stadium. lol

I agree that its a ridiculous sum but they already got a lot of good youngsters, not a Pogba in the midfield + Zlatan up front = winning the league without a doubt

Our team is pretty much competative and stacked in all areas now. We just bought the bundesliga players player of the year Mkhitaryan and strengthed our defence with Baily and with Pogba we will have 2 good players in each position and it's not like we were complete shit last season. we were actually 4th level with city but lost out on goal difference.

We have arguablivly some of the best youngsters in the world and EPL. Martial, Rashford, Pereira, Januzaj, Luke Shaw, Fosu-Mensah and soon Pogba.

And think about it, we are one of the riches clubs in the world with our own income. What's the point in making 500 million in revenue and spending it on garbage players. The 100 million is pretty much nothing for us. Would take a world class player that can make the difference then getting a bunch of cheap players collectevily e.g Liverpool and tottenham

not that easy. Even Juve and Bayern arent guaranteed winners until you play at least 20 games to see how it goes. Conte and Klopp will also be pushing for the title. We shall see...im not too impressed with ManU squad even with Zlatan and Mikhy

I think ya'll need more than that. Havent heard of what Januzaj, shaw are up to lately. Martial has been ok, not yet proved his value. Rash seems promising. Dont know anything about that Mensah kid. Problem you have is Mourinho isnt really the right person to build a team from ground up. Except his early days at Porto, he is always in a team that already has it made with stars, but now he has to actually have a plan and stay long term. Chances are he wont stay long term and neither will Zlatan. Mikhy had a good year but im not sure if he has any room to get better, he is probably at his ceiling. His success was based on the fluid Dortmund system and the supporting cast.

Just my opinion....Im not sure Pogba will even go there, he hasnt really indicated and United fans are excited with all this news but they forget that its his agent pushing the sale cuz he can get 25M out of it. Juve wont agree unless the amount is in 1 payment and above 120M, i dont know how the rules of FFP apply to United in this case but im sure its pushing the envelope so that another thing management needs to be wary of. But like i said i think at this stage, without CL and a strong base for future, Pogba is the wrong move for you guys. Sure its nice marketing but he wont single handedly save your team. Just by judging seeing him play for France, he's not quite as effective as he is at Juve. He thrives in our system, not sure if he will under Mourinho's defensive style and 4-2-3-1 formation
