yea this is it tonight. It kinda sucks that he really didnt get his chances. I hear from some sources that Rockets might be able to sign 16 players, so there is a slight chance that after today AK might get a contract, especially that he's so cheap. We shall see. It just sucks that he only got like 12 min. in a game that the 2nd/3rd string players were playing, so its not like he was playing with the main players like harden, ariza and them....but even then in that time he still did a lot and better than joshua smith for sure. Maybe he can show something tonight, but he might not even get many chances to play tonight either.

AK will have to impress in practice to get minutes, with Preseason over, he has to start putting in serious work. One good thing is that the Rockets are a bit short handed on the SF/PF position so it will help his cause.

He didn't get a single minute last night. We had so much hope for this guy that he would join NBA before he is 24.

McHale is a fukkin douchebag. He couldnt throw 5 min at him these last 2 games??
He plays a fat garbage like smith and others. Especially last night the game was over with 8 min left he didnt even give him a single min. He probably forgot that kazemi is there. This sucks because if he got his chances like others and didnt make it then it would make sense. I just hate it when players dont get their chances and get cut.

There is some hope left for next season and finally hes a free agent. He was never free before. So its possible he can find a team next season but itll be even harder. One thing for sure if he comes back next season he MUST develop some offensive game this yr wherever he goes. Take some shots or find a way to contribute. This is probably the single reason why teams are hesitant in signing him. He has everything else but u gotta be able to create something if needed.

unfortunately there is a lot of racism and politics involved. I see internal politics all the time at my work and it is unbelievable, we give iran a bad name. these people are shameless!! i am pretty sure it is the same in nba.

Looks like both Smith and Kazemi have been cut.

Well guess that's it for Arsalan and the NBA dream.

well, the level of competition is definetly very high at euroleague level. The biggest difference is the level of athletism. But as far as tactics and defense, the euroleague has a very very high level.

Damn...looked forward to going to the Staples Center to watch him. If I were Kazemi, I'd take any NBA team right now. If that doesn't work out, then I'd join a Euroleague team or NBA D-League.

He ruined his career by going back to Iran. Feel for him though, hopefully he can bounce back.

nothing is ruined. He just didnt make the NBA. Happened to many before him and will happen to many after him. He had a great season in China last year. He will play somewhere this year and do well again. No worries. There's thousands of players on the market with more difficult situations than him right now.

You guys realize he has NEVER been a free agent till now right!? How can any NBA team sign him when he is not a free agent? Problem is now that he is a free agent, all the rosters are full! Truly fked up by the Sixers and later the rockets. In the case of the rockets they loved him. The problem is they need a center since both Howard and capela have had injuries hence playing fat ass smith who ran away from Ucla because of his laziness getting some playtime.

Sixers fuked his shit up badly. pos sam hinkie and his joke of an organization.

Arsalan needs to keep his head up. Roster spots open up here and there during the season and there is a chance something could emerge.

I agree he can still get a 10 day contract from a NBA, it is a long season and players get injured left and right. his agent needs to be read to call Arsalan with a drop of a hat. for now I think he should try overseas with a "clause" in his contract that if there is a 10 day contract he can leave!!
