I blame the trainer more than the coach. We never had so many injuries before. Even the guys who participated in the past couple of days look tired and injured. And don't trust the videos you see in the training room. The actual match day is totally different.
This is what I said yesterday. The pressure in the actual competition is so high that out best lifter only manages 2 out of 6 lifts.
RezaZadeh destroyed our weightlifting during his tenure as both coach and federation president, he only brought scandals and shame upon the TM and himself, have to wait a while to recover from those dark years.
This website does a great job of showing the points for Olympic qualifiers. Hashemi held his own and got us important points. We need Nasirshelal and Moulaei to get us some points. Taghian and Behrouzi's bombs hurt a lot
Correct. Bahador is in the 105+ B session. Here is the 94kg A session with Hashemi. That YouTube channel has most of the A sessions http://youtu.be/0bZ0_rkrjaw.
Medals are important but overall ranking is important as well because top 25 places score points towards the Olympics. At this point it is pretty much impossible to get 6 spots at the Olympics. Hopefully we still get 5.
What a screw up by Nasir shalal and the coach. I cannot believe what I saw. For god's sake just start with a bloody lower weight to make sure we get some points and then go for the medal!!!!!
