clearly the article says AK was not a factor AT ALL
Again. No one gives a shit about Hustle anymore. It was cute a decade ago. If you are one dimensional you better be all amazing on that end, not just pretty good in summer league. He couldn't make the roster on the worst team in probably the history of the NBA. Yet you continue to argue. Maybe they are racist... LOL.

    This article put it plainly:

"played super-hard in this year's Las Vegas summer league, leading the league in "hustle points" per game, but showed few to zero other NBA skills. Undersized for a four at 6'7" and also unskilled, Kazemi can hustle and flow but needs to find any NBA-level skills to sniff the end of a bench. The end of the Sixers training camp roster is filled with players where "marginal NBA talent" is too hefty a complement, but all have more upside and talent than Kazemi."

You claim to know "American Sports" but you dont seem to understand what Tanking a season means.

LOLLLL What does Kazemi have to do with tanking a season??? Do you think he would win them games? This isnt the second coming of MJ we are talking about. Its a guy on the botton of their bench. They could tank with or without him.

Arsalan ain't MJ on offence but he has a decent shot from outside of the key. He had no chance to take a shot during the summer league. His role was to set up a pick for the point guard. Not even pick and rolls which he does perfectly, oh no, just to set a pick and run back on defense.
His lack of offensive ability is overstated. Just look at Tony Allen, the guy shouldn't have a job in the NBA by the standards we're hold Arsalan to.

They dont want to win on purpose so why would they pick a player like AK who is gonna hustle and try to win games? His style suits a winning team. Hes not MJ to help them score. And that is where you show your idiocy and ignorance in understanding the situation. You base your analysis of him not being able to get on the weakest team doesnt make sense because its not like theyre trying to build a winning team.

Kazemi is pretty much done with the NBA dream.
I'm really sorry he wasted time listening to some idiotic and non professional advices, instead of developing some shooting and offensive skills.
He can go back to china next season to pick up some good paychecks

have to agree with the Clone here, AK has heart but little else to offer NBA teams in terms of NBA-level skills. maybe he'd play better at d-league level but he'd probably be happier in china or somewhere in europe or iran

Had he developed an outside shot and became a 3&D player, he'd be much more coveted, never understood why he didn't go that way.

A big time LOL to this comment. NBA is not everything. Hamed Haddadi's career is also not over, just because he is playing in China.

He just joined an average team in Iran's league today. If that is the potential you saw in him in his peak age then go on and lol at my comment!

One thing I have learned from Arsalan situation is to never judge an athlete from what I hear from the news because there is do much more involved than what you hear in the news that you can't possibly judge anyone not knowing the facts and trust me you guys don't know the facts!
Before Arsalan is a basketball player he is a human being like all of us. There are many factors you are not aware of.

I still think he should have taken the D-League route for a season, nothing to loose but everything to gain. he would still be in the nba loop and could have possibly been called up for a 10 day contract.
