While I agree that bayern got a little lucky too, juve have only themselves to blame for trying to sit on a 2-0 lead. Also I robben not playing was a huge plus for juve.
Juve messed around and lost points to Sevilla and didn't win their group. That's why they had to face bayern. You gotta won your group!

It was our fault for playing defense last 30 min, but Bayern wasnt doing anything with their possession.

In this case I didn't see Neur for like 46 minutes both teams were camped on the juventus side. The difference is juve was the better team the first 30 minutes and should not have put their foot off the pedal. But as dayoos said the last time we all talked, the game is 90 minutes and shot can happen. Trust me I have been on the other side many times. WC 06 when your Italy beat my Germany , 2 more minutes and penalty kicks. I think we know who had the better chance in penalty kicks----1990 TM, You will always have a special place in our hearts

http://www.theguardian.com/football/...-league-revamp
Uefa is considering a major revamp of the Champions League, which could involve cutting the group stage to 16 teams. The move is being driven by continental clubs’ concern that they are being left behind by huge revenues generated by the Premier League and the revised format could mean smaller teams having a reduced presence in the group phase.

yea CL is a little too much now, there shouldnt be 4th place teams there.....it should be 2-3 teams from the top 4 leagues max, then 2 from top 5-7 leagues, then just 1 from the smaller leagues. Have the smaller league teams play playoffs to reach CL.....there shouldnt be teams like telaviv or apoel unless they are really good. ITs a shame that teams like that are in CL but other good teams like dortmund or napoli not be there. Makes no sense really.
This also puts less pressure on players during the season. Right now the top teams that go far in CL, their players get burned out so much. Especially with International games and then summer tournaments, injuries pile up. Footballers need a little longer break.
